Games You Can Play
Add a twist to the traditional way of answering true and false questions with these ideas:
- Elimination Game: Ask participants to stand up. Tell them to raise their right hand if an answer is true and their left hand if false. If they get the question wrong, they must sit down. Whoever is left standing at the end is the winner.
- True and False Target Game: You'll need four trash cans; two labeled true and the other two false, and 80 crumbled wads of paper to play. Divide participants into two teams. Each team gets one set of trash cans and 40 wads of paper. Set the trash cans several feet away. Taking turns, two participants from opposing teams will play at a time. After a question is asked, they must throw a wad of paper into the correct trash can. If they answer incorrectly yet make the basket, they must remove their wad of paper. If they answer correctly, but do not get the paper in the trash can, they also lose that question. The team that has the most wads of papers in the trash cans after all questions are asked wins.
- Timed Game: Give participants just 15 seconds to answer each question.
