Gaming Background

Matt began gaming back in the '80s with the Atari, but he didn't discover his true gaming passion until he moved on to the original Nintendo and played Dragon Warrior. Since then, he has been an RPG junkie, and his favorite series are Final Fantasy and the Lunar series. Matt currently games on the Playstation, Playstation 2, and the PC.

Writing Background

Matt entered college years ago with the plan of getting a BS and MS in computer science and programming for a living. Seven years later, he ended up with a BS in computer programming, absolutely no desire to program for a living, and dual MLA degrees in writing and international studies. Since there's not much call for someone who can speak Japanese and Chinese in Oklahoma, he turned to freelance writing.

Besides doing freelance work, Matt and his business partner have formed PegLeg Publishing in an attempt to provide local and national authors with more publishing opportunities. They currently produce GlassFire Magazine, an online literary magazine, and are in the process of publishing their first novel, Vision2, a sci-fi.
