Making Blender Drink Recipes

Classic Frozen Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 lime wedge
- Rimming salt
- 1½ ounces tequila
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass.
- Put the salt in a shallow dish. Dip the rim of the glass in the salt to rim it.
- Add the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to the blender.
- Cover and blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared margarita glasses.
Tasty Frozen Piña Colada
Another popular blended drink is the piña colada. It's sweet, tropical, and intoxicating all at once.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces rum
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 ounces coconut cream
- 1 cup ice
- Cherry and pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a cherry and a wedge of pineapple.
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

- Juice of 1 lime
