- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces cachaça

- In a rocks glass, muddle lime wedges and simple syrup.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Add cachaça.
- Stir briefly to mix.

- 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
- ¾ ounce coconut milk

- Ice
- Pineapple wedge, cherry, and grated nutmeg for garnish

- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, cachaça, passion fruit syrup, coconut milk, and lime juice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice.

Rabo de Galo

- 1½ ounces cachaça
- ½ ounce sweet vermouth
- ½ ounce Cynar
- 2-3 dashes grapefruit bitters
- Ice
- Orange peel for garnish

- In a rocks glass, add ice, cachaça, sweet vermouth, Cynar, and bitters.
- Stir rapidly to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Brazilian Buck

- Ice
- Ginger beer to top off
- Lime wheel and ginger peel for garnish

Berry Caipirinha

- 1-2 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 6-10 fresh blueberries
- 4-8 fresh raspberries

- ¾ ounce simple syrup
