Dreamy Cotton Candy Martini

Ingredients

• Lemon wedge and rainbow sprinkles for rim
• 1½ ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 ounce cranberry juice
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ ounce grenadine
• Small handful pink cotton candy
• Ice

Instructions

1. Chill a martini glass or coupe.
2. To prepare rim, rub the rim of the martini glass or coupe with the lemon wedge.
3. With the sprinkles on a saucer, dip either half or the entire rim of the glass in the sprinkles to coat.
4. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vanilla vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and grenadine.
5. Shake to chill.
6. Place cotton candy in prepared glass.
7. Strain into prepared glass over cotton candy, allowing it to dissolve.

There are no limits when it comes to cotton candy martinis.

• To create different colors, skip the cranberry juice and grenadine for white grape juice. Your drink will take on the color of your cotton candy, instead.
• Use cotton candy vodka instead of vanilla.
