The mastermind behind the gorgeously purple and delicious butterfly pea gin, Empress, brings another gin that's eye-catching and heart-stopping. This time around, the blossoms that bring those beautiful colors are rose petals.

If you've been searching for a gin that doesn't lose its juniper flavors to floral, rose notes, and a touch of citrus, look no further. And the most surprising ingredient in this bottle? Black carrot, but don't let that stop you from pouring a glass, it helps to add to the rich color you see.

Enjoy this blossoming gin neat, on the rocks, in a martini, or standing in for traditional gin in your go-to gin cocktails. There's no wrong way to sip this nectar.
