Ingredients

  • 4 ounces rum

Instructions

  1. In a large heat-safe mixing bowl, stir together boiling water and gelatin.
  2. Stir for approximately two minutes or until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water and rum.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour into 2-ounce cups.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, approximately 4 hours.
