• Red food dye
• Blue food dye
• Lemon-lime soda to top off

Instructions

1. Fill a third of a highball glass with blue-dyed crushed ice.
2. Fill a third with plain crushed ice.
3. Fill remaining glass with red-dyed crushed ice.
4. Add vodka.
5. Top off with lemon-lime soda.
