- 3 ounces apple juice
- ½ ounce cinnamon simple syrup
- ¼ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice
- 1½ ounces ginger beer
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice apple spiced rum, apple juice, cinnamon simple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Add ginger beer.
- Stir briefly to mix.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Skip the cinnamon simple syrup by using the recipe for apple crisp syrup instead.
