Ingredients
- 2 black tea bags
- 12 ounces boiling water
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- In a mug, add black tea bags, sugar, and boiling water.
- Stir briefly to mix.
- Allow the tea to steep for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove and discard the tea bags.
- Stir again to make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Place in the fridge until the tea cools completely.
- Once chilled, pour into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.

- 8 ounces water

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the raspberries.
- Reduce to simmer and allow to cook for five to ten minutes.
- Add the mixture to a fine strainer and press raspberries to draw out juice.
- Discard the berries.
- In a highball glass, add tea and raspberry juice.
- Stir together to mix.
- Garnish with raspberries and a mint sprig.
