- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Up to ½ cup non-dairy milk to adjust consistency
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the tofu, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Add non-dairy milk 1 tablespoon at a time to adjust the consistency.
- Chill for at least two hours.
Vegan Chocolate Mousse With Avocado Recipe

- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
