Wine Slushie Tips and Flavor Combinations
These baseline wine slushies can be dressed up as little or as much as you like. Amp up the tart flavors with an ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice or make it soft and sweet with a few splashes of simple syrup. Walk the boozy line with a splash of liquor, such as orange liqueur. Don't forget a fruity or herbaceous garnish.
Grab your favorite wine and mirror the flavor notes when adding fruit, and soon, the entire wine slushie world is your frozen oyster. Is the wine slushie too thick? Use less ice or blend a little bit longer, add a squeeze of citrus juice or a splash of vodka if you're daring. If you want a thick slushie? Add more ice until you're happy. Wine slushies are easy and customizable. If only all of life was this easy!
